Helen Merkouris, Co-Founder

Helen studied at the University of Montreal where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and proceeded to work in distribution, recruiting & manufacturing. She brings over 25 years of experience as a leader in Credit, Finance, Customer Service and Recruiting.

As a leader, Helen takes pride in finding the right candidate to join her client’s team, with her focus being to improve her client’s efficiency. She believes that success comes from building and maintaining positive relationships with her clients and candidates.

An average person spends almost one third of their lives working, therefore, having a good work environment is one of the most important factors leading to our happiness. As an employee and employer, Helen has been involved in work settings that have been wonderful and others unpleasant, and she can tell you first-hand how important it is to love what you do!

Niki Reboulis, Co-founder

Niki studied and graduated from McGill University with a Bachelors in Psychology and went on to occupy positions in customer-service oriented industries, which included recruitment, such as Consultation, Aviation, Retail and Fashion, and Marketing and Promotions.

With over 20 years of customer service and business development experience she aspires to ensure that she remains solution-focused. Making a difference in others’ daily lives is what drives her to connect with people, to help others to connect!

There is nothing more important than loving what you do! The average person spends 8-10 hours at work, which is more time than we spend with our families and therefore she believes that our job and work environment must keep us motivated and inspired, to make us feel like we are making a difference.

Fulfillment has come to her through the founding of Recrutico with her partner Helen where she is finally doing what she was meant to do!
